- The company opens one account, adds its building managers by name and email (they receive an invitation) and assigns buildings to them. The company sees all buildings, account balances and obligations in one place, while each manager sees only the buildings assigned to them.
- Does Comsho support buildings in both Serbia and Montenegro?
- Yes. The maintenance fee calculation adapts to the building's country - in Serbia by the statutory key (per apartment or per m²) or a key adopted by the assembly, in Montenegro by points - and deadlines, minutes, forms and assemblies follow that country's rules.
- How does the company track collections and arrears?
- Comsho keeps records of payments and arrears for every building and every apartment. Payments are entered manually or by importing a bank statement, and arrears older than 3 months are flagged for enforced collection.
- Which reports does Comsho provide to a management company?
- Annual reports, finances per building and a legal compliance overview - ready for the owners' assembly and for inspections.
- How are contractors engaged for the buildings?
- You can connect buildings with cleaning agencies, tradespeople and lift servicing from the Comsho contractor network. A contractor's arrival at the building is confirmed by GPS.
- How much does Comsho cost for a management company?
- The first 6 months are completely free. After that the price is 100 RSD per apartment per month in Serbia, or €1 per apartment in Montenegro. This fee is paid to Comsho by the housing community, and residents see it as a “Comsho aplikacija” line on their monthly bill – it costs the building manager or management company nothing.
