- What is Comsho?
- Comsho is an app for managing housing communities in Serbia and Montenegro. It brings together bills and collection of shared costs, arrears tracking, owners' assemblies and e-voting, fault reports and maintenance, and notices to residents in one place.
- Who is Comsho for?
- Building managers (both residents elected as manager and professional managers), management companies running several buildings, residents and apartment owners, and contractors - cleaning agencies, tradespeople and lift servicing companies.
- How much does Comsho cost?
- The first 6 months are completely free. After that the price is 100 RSD per apartment per month in Serbia, or €1 per apartment in Montenegro. This fee is paid to Comsho by the housing community, and residents see it as a “Comsho aplikacija” line on their monthly bill – it costs the building manager or management company nothing. Cleaning agencies, tradespeople and other contractors use it for free, with no subscription or commission.
- Does Comsho work in Montenegro?
- Yes. Comsho adapts to the building's country: in Serbia costs are split by the statutory key (current maintenance per apartment, capital maintenance per m²) or by a key adopted by the assembly, in Montenegro by a points system, and deadlines, terminology and forms follow the rules of the country where the building is.
- How do residents pay their bills?
- Each resident sees their bills and unpaid months in the app and can download a bill as a PDF. In Serbia every bill has an NBS IPS QR code - the resident scans it with their banking app and the payment order fills itself in.
- Which devices does Comsho run on?
- Comsho works in the browser on computers and phones, and there is also an Android app on Google Play.
